bit of an old post, but im interested..... gotta start somewhere right! I too have just been learning about classes and am quite a noob. I dont go to college or anything like that, everything ive learnt so far ive taught myself from antiRTFM's vids and from various books, its the challenge that motivates me.

My first game was quite a hit on here (check out my small game in the full programs section if you havent already :P) my second game that im currently working on just seems to lack the sparkle of the first, but non-the-less its a challenege maybe we could mash our heads together and find out what juicy code comes out :P lol

i dont have a Skype account, but i check these forums regularly, it'd be good to hear from you

Pardon my n00bness, what I lack in C++ I make up for in time spent reading about C++ :P

seems to be quite an old post, but if you really are interested. I think I can help you, depending on what you want.

I've been doing some c++ and stepped over to allegro pretty fast, so if you're still reading this forum send an e-mail to me, and I think I'm able to 'teach' you a little bit of allegro, as it's really easy to learn.

This will allow you to use c++ in a game that's made fairly easily.

If you understand anything about what I just said, and wish to contact me. Just send me an e-mail.

Howdy,i visit the forums, but the bad news is that i'm little busy(school, social life,etc...)but also i can get some free time for programming, before few weeks i wanted to start allegro exploring but i stopped because of same reasons. But i want to start again to program with Allegro lib,i will explore your tutorials about Allegro, and if i have questions about it i will post them here :) Thanks for your reply and your wish to help :)
